"I do not write my diary. I paint it."
Lara has finally revealed a secret from her teenage years. She discovered that writing in her diary was risky and the use of words was daunting, so she created her own encrypted alphabet to keep her writing indecipherable to outsiders, making it highly secure and protected. However, she eventually forgot the true meaning behind her language, and instead began exploring abstract drawings and forms as a means of self-expression. These surreal images and stories became her refuge, with emotions and thoughts embedded within them that only she could understand, but others could still relate to.
